At Liyuo, we are committed to providing transparent, detailed shipping services for your glasses case orders. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of shipping rules, timelines, fees, and related policies to help you understand the entire delivery process.
1. Shipping Eligibility & Restricted Markets
- Eligible Markets: We currently offer shipping to all addresses within the United States, including the contiguous U.S. (48 states), Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Restricted Markets: We DO NOT ship to international locations (e.g., Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia), P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). Orders placed to restricted addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Shipping Option, Fees & Delivery Timelines
We offer standard shipping as our exclusive shipping option to ensure reliable delivery for your glasses cases. All timelines below refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day).
- Note: Remote/rural areas (e.g., some parts of Alaska’s interior, Hawaii’s outer islands) may add 1–3 business days to the estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing includes verifying payment, checking stock, packaging glasses cases, and handing over to our shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once processing is complete.
4. Free Shipping Policy
- Eligibility: Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a total value of $15 or more (before tax). No coupon code is required— the discount will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
- Applicable Regions: Free Standard Shipping is available for the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii (see Table 1 for details).
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
- U.S. Domestic Orders:
- Sales Tax: Sales Tax: All products on Liyuo are inclusive of applicable sales tax, which will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Other Taxes: All other applicable taxes are already included in the product’s listed price—no additional fees for these taxes will be added at checkout.
- Restricted International Orders: As we do not ship internationally, customers do not need to bear customs duties, import taxes, or related international fees.
6. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS Tracking, UPS Tracking).
- You can check real-time shipment status via the tracking link. If you do not receive the tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at service@liyuo.com with your order number.
7. Missing, Delayed, or Lost Orders
- Delayed Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, first check the tracking link for updates (carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak seasons, or operational issues).
- Missing/Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
- Check with family, roommates, neighbors, or building management (carriers may leave packages with them).
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number to confirm delivery location.
- Lost Orders: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at service@liyuo.com with your order number and tracking number. We will arrange a reshipment or full refund within 2–3 business days.
