These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Liyuo’s website ("Website") and purchase of our glasses cases ("Products"). By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using our services, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You may only use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reselling, distributing, or modifying our Products without prior written consent is prohibited.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Order Submission: When you place an order via "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now," you submit an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if Products are out of stock, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity).
  • Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after we send a written order confirmation email (to your provided email address) and receive payment confirmation from PayPal (our sole payment method). The confirmation email will include your order number, Product details, and shipping information.
  • Pricing & Availability: All Product prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for orders placed based on outdated prices or unavailable Products.

3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment: We only accept PayPal (including PayPal Balance, linked credit/debit cards, and bank accounts). No other payment methods are supported.
  • Payment Security: All payments are processed via PayPal’s encrypted platform. We do not collect, store, or access your PayPal account credentials or payment details.
  • Payment Failure: If your PayPal payment fails, your order will not be processed. We will notify you to resolve the issue, and you may need to reinitiate the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Scope: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated on the Website.
  • Delivery Timeline: After order confirmation, Products are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS/UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, but may vary due to carrier delays (we are not liable for such delays).
  • Shipping Updates: Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your provided email address. This email will include the carrier name and tracking number, which you can use to check delivery status directly on the carrier’s official platform.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of delivery. To confirm your delivery date, refer to the shipping confirmation email or carrier tracking information.
  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and free of damage (no scratches, wear, or missing parts). Customized Products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Free Return Shipping: For eligible returns, contact our support team to request a pre-paid return shipping label (sent via email after return approval). You will not be charged for return shipping. Refunds are issued exclusively to your original PayPal account within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (e.g., logos, Product images, text, designs) is the intellectual property of Liyuo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our written permission.
  • Our Product designs are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or sale of our designs is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, delayed use) arising from your use of the Website, purchase of Products, or shipping delays.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or Products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the applicable order.
  • We are not responsible for damages to Products caused by improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

8. Website Use Rules

  • You agree not to: (a) use the Website for fraudulent or illegal activities; (b) attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Website; (c) upload malware or disrupt the Website’s functionality; (d) share false or misleading information about our Products.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website if you violate these rules, without prior notice.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Austin, Texas, before litigation.
